Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Please note that we do not guarantee 'mint packaging' on collectibles and will not consider the item as damaged.

3.Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email, and bring the package to a nearby drop-off location. Include your original packing slip and write the reason for return on the back. If you do not have it, write your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for return.
4.We recommend using a traceable service through carriers such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent by a non-traceable carrier.
5.Exchanges - If you intend to get another item we do not process/offer direct exchanges. Please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead.

We accept returns within 7 days after receiving the package.
Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund after the item is received by our Returns Department. Returns of 3 or more items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.
If you bought from an overseas retailer then what your options are will depend on how you paid for the goods:
If you paid for the goods using your credit card or debit card, you may be able to reverse the credit card transaction;
If you paid using PayPal or another third party payment service, contact them. You may get your money back from the payment service;
